THE BRIEF
What they needed
UTA SAAC had an active Instagram, but no strategy behind it. One person was posting without a clear sense of who the audience actually was.
Posts went out too frequently and inconsistently, with no unified branding. There was no content calendar, no visual system, and no plan for what to post or when.
They needed a system that could keep up with a busy calendar while actually looking and sounding like one brand.
THE WORK
How I built it
I started by building out templates so every post, whether it was a code-red game, an event announcement, or a weekly point-system update, followed the same branding.
I filtered through footage from team meetings and events to find content worth posting, then turned it into announcement posters and recap content on a consistent schedule.
I also led a small content team, delegating tasks and keeping everyone aligned to the templates and posting rhythm I'd set up, so the page stayed consistent even when I wasn't the one posting.
